Developing a Fresh, Confident Outlook on Life and Accepting the Career Journey

I had never thought in depth about my career. Throughout my 20+ years, things always came quite naturally, and I always found myself taking on a new challenge, be it a larger role or an international assignment. As I found myself questioning more recent choices and the situation I found myself in, Caroline helped me develop a fresh, confident outlook on not just my career but the way I think about life holistically.

Reflecting on my strengths and choices in the past Caroline helped me recognize that I have a combination of unique experiences that I can leverage. This renewed self realization together with a guided reflection on my interests helped me develop a range of opportunities I am currently exploring.
