Hey, I’m Elijah Seay.
A bit about me
I believe coaching is designed to be a safe space where you can create intentionality, process without judgment, and take action toward your greatest goals and deepest desires.
A short time ago, I was burnt out, filled with imposter syndrome, and genuinely believed that I would never find a career that called to me.
That was until I met a coach and experienced coaching!
It was the breath of fresh air that I needed to help me understand why I felt triggered, why I was drained of energy, and why I couldn’t see a path forward.
Well, after months of experiencing coaching and speaking with incredible coaches, like Caroline, coaching became not only something I was grateful for, but became a passion for me as well.
Now, I’ve spent nearly a decade helping leaders and teams build stronger connections with self and others through my time as an HR Manager, leadership coach, and facilitator.
I love what I do as a coach because I get the opportunity to empower individuals to cultivate self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-compassion in their personal and professional lives.
So, whether you’re currently navigating the terrain of your career or seeking to fully reset, I would love to be a resource to help you overcome your obstacles and spark the real, lasting change you’ve been seeking.
p.s. When I’m not coaching, I’m still coaching—high school girls rugby. It’s a family affair that I get to do with my wife and our furry Australian Shepherd mascot!
My Approach
I love to help leaders thrive by focusing on two essentials – authenticity and adaptability.
Together, they help you break through limiting beliefs, ease the pressure, and lead a career that is uniquely you.
The coaching experience is a journey where you’re the captain and I’m your co-pilot—having fun and growing along the way!
I’m committed to helping you navigate the complex landscape of your career through simple, sustainable coaching and meeting you where you are.
My approach to coaching ensures that you feel heard, feel compassionately challenged, and feel prepared for lasting change.
Possibilities are endless when you know where to look for them. What better time than now to challenge the status quo and build a career that you've always dreamed of?!
Testimonials
Although we are from different parts of the world, I am from South Africa and Elijah is based in the United States, at no point did the sessions feel foreign.
Elijah has a beautiful way of making one feel relaxed and drawing the best out of an individual. His validation of my strengths and overall feedback of my circumstances gave me a new found confidence. He has a brilliant mind with exceptional coaching skills. He asks insightful questions which assists one to come to insightful conclusions and personal understanding of oneself.
I feel blessed to have met such a phenomenal human being and left the coaching process better than when I began. I have tools that I will take with me through my leadership journey.
Melissa, People Lead
This experience was fantastic. I feel like I learned so many new ways of thinking, and how to see myself in a different way. AND I feel like I got a new friend in the bargain!
I didn't know what a "coach" would be like, but I couldn't ask for more than the fantastic combination of motivation, teaching, and encouragement I got from our sessions.
Thara, Senior Legal Counsel
Fantastic! I didn't even have awareness that I was low EQ until our first sessions, but now I'm aware not only of my limits but how others are feeling.
I can predict and suss out conversations that are likely to be both emotional and high-stakes, and can prepare and adapt to those conversations in real time.
I have a long way to go, but you're helping me climb the mountain like a sherpa!
