Design a Career You Love is a career change group coaching course designed to turbocharge your confidence, clarity, and momentum.

Six live 90-minute group classes. (That's 9 hours of live coaching!)

Unlimited support via Teachable in between sessions.

As a career and leadership coach, I’m walking alongside you from clarity through action. I provide a structured process and personalized guidance to help you integrate the learnings on the calls and in between sessions.

When does the course begin?
Dates are listed at the top of the course page. The six 90-minute group coaching calls will be held weekly via Zoom Fridays at 11am PT/ 1pm CT/ 2pm ET.
I only offer this twice a year in the Spring and Fall--that is a very long time to delay creating a career you love, so don't wait!
The course materials will be available a few weeks before the calls begin, so if you're itching to get started, you can be well on your way to taking control of your career and designing a career you love!

What if I can't make the live classes?
While I encourage you to attend live if you can, all classes will be recorded and available in Teachable. Plus, one of the main themes of this course is leveraging others to design a career you love, so I encourage you to build relationships with other participants outside of class!
This is a powerful space.
I'm thrilled by the number of personal and professional relationships that have been forged across participants, including multiple cohorts that continued to meet after the course ended.
What if I don't get through all the course material by the end of the 6 weeks?
Enrollment in this course gives you LIFETIME ACCESS to the materials.
The curriculum and exercises are designed to be reusable, so you can revisit them whenever you're ready to take your career to the next level--or just need a little career zhuzh.

I hear you! I'm extremely introverted AND have social anxiety AND I'm a shy, private person.

Everything we talk about, plus the way the course itself is set up, is structured around you protecting your precious energy stores.

Why can't I just apply for jobs the traditional way?
If you're finding the opportunities online that you want, apply! Don't let me stop you.
But if those opportunities underwhelm you...or fill you with a sense of dread…or you're not getting offers, I invite you to try a different approach—especially if you’re not clear on what you want.
Talking to people about what you want is the most direct path to better, lasting results.
How much time are you investing in scanning LinkedIn for jobs? Creating umpteen versions of your resumé? Tailoring your cover letters? Worrying about what's wrong with YOU because you're not getting interviews...or getting interviews for jobs that don't EXCITE you?
Plus, did you know that a high percentage of posted jobs have already been promised to internal candidates? And that some organizations use job postings to get candidates to do free work they don't intend to hire anyone for?
I encourage you to stop investing your time and energy (and self-worth) in a broken process that's rigged against real, capable humans like you in favor of whoever does the best job of keyword-stuffing their resumé.

I schedule this course during the workday because it encourages you to prioritize taking strategic action in your career over your to-do list.
Strategically thinking about your future career makes your current career better. Plus, when we step back, we empower others to step in...or realize the work wasn't so important after all.
